Please note that appointments that are not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance may be subject to a charge of up to 50% of the booked service.

In case of no-shows without cancellation, we reserve the right to charge 100% of the booked service.

We appreciate your understanding, as last-minute cancellations result in costs and downtime that cannot be recovered.
